Meet the lovely Katie, our cherished Practice Manager here at Smileworks. In just over a year, she’s gone from one of our highest performing Front of House team members to a superstar treatment coordinator…and now our Practice Manager! Yes, this achievement is as impressive as it sounds, and we’re so lucky to have her as a part of our team.

Katie is the first and most trusted contact for our wonderful front of house and treatment coordinator team. Whether it’s expertly training and onboarding new team members or overseeing the day-to-day operations of Smileworks, Katie has so many skills under her belt that make her the perfect fit for this role. Smileworks wouldn’t be the smooth, well-oiled machine it is without her!

Katie is still part of our shining TCO team. If you’re planning on getting a huge smile transformation, there’s a good chance you might meet with Katie for your treatment plan. Her top priority is patient care, and she has a genuine interest in ensuring you have an incredible experience from start to finish.

When she’s not uplifting our team and our patients, you can find Katie catching the latest film at the cinema or trying new places to eat around Liverpool. Before she was our Practice Manager, she used work abroad the Disney Wonder cruise as a beauty therapist! She calls it one of the most amazing experiences she’s ever had, cherishing being able to travel all over the world while treating patients.
