Marnie is our helpful and resourceful Treatment Coordinator at Smileworks.
She is the newest addition to our front of house team but she comes with 10 years experience in customer service.
You will meet Marnie at the front desk booking appointments, answering enquiries and making sure our patients’ experience at Smileworks is remarkable.
 
 

She finds it fascinating watching patients’ journeys from the start to the end results. “Everyday is something new and fun” she says.

 
 
When she started working at Smileworks Marnie couldn’t believe the theme of our practice. She used to work for Emirates Airline and she is more than used to the airplane theme. She has travelled to 37 destinations all around the world but now she takes care of patients instead of passengers.
She is not the only well travelled member of her family. Her black pug Flo was born in Ukraine, lived in Qatar and now is settled in Liverpool with her.

 
 
Marnie’s life has been super exciting. When she was only 14 she toured all around UK dancing with the English National Ballet.
Then, she lived in the luxurious Dubai and Qatar for 4 years while she worked for Emirates Airline.
 
 
Fun fact: She has a phobia of mushrooms and spiders!
