Mushika is our superstar treatment coordinator! She started with us in 2025 and has been an incredible addition to the team. As a treatment coordinator, Mushika is extremely organised and diligent. Her goal is to ensure every patient leaves with the smile they want. She thrives off a busy practice with high standards, making her a perfect fit for the Smileworks family.

A woman of many talents, Mushika also handles our social media profiles. If you see her running around the practice with a camera in hand, you’ll know she’s making some amazing content! We’re super proud to have Mushika on our team, and we know you’ll love your experience with her.

Outside of work, Mushika loves hiking and content creation. On top of all of this, she is also bilingual. Her parents are Srilankan, so she was raised on both English and Tamil. She’s our bilingual star!
